"14k Total Quote - Paid 7,500 Timeliness and completing the job was atrocious. Completed less than 50% of the project, started in October, quoted 3-4 weeks. Paid 50% down, 50% upon completion. By December 8th he was injured and didn't come back until Feb 23rd. He asked for 3,500 more dollars. Gave him $500 for an extra room but walked away from the job when we didn't want to pay 3k mid-job after paying 50% upfront and no work being done for almost 3 months. He Painted (Some Partially as I had painted some of these and he just needed to do additional coats): - Bedroom 2 - Office - Closet - Bedroom 2 Bath - Hallway x4 - Kitchen - Eat-In - Butler Pantry - Laundry Room - Music Room - 1/2 Bath - Bedroom 3 Full Bath - Bedroom 3 - Dining Room What was left: - All Doors - Vaulted Ceiling Living Room (20 feet tall) Very Large Room - Vaulted Entrance (18 feet tall) - Hallway 1st Floor - Hallway 2nd Floor - Family Room - Vaulted Back Staircase - Master Bedroom - Master Bathroom "
