"OMG !!!!!! This company is the bomb.❤️❤️❤️ I had 4 different roof companies to come out. Robert was the best. From the first interview til the last he was very professional. There was no rushing He was very patient. Mind you I am a senior and not once did I feel I was being taking advantage of or pressured. He explained the materials they would be using. When I did decide to use him he came back out went over everything again and later that evening called and confirm that his team will be there next morning between 7-8. By 7:30 the team arrives. Omg !!!! I have no complaints the beginning to the end of tearing the roof down they gave pictures. The clean up was amazing. They did not leave until everything was completed. ""My apartment building drained through parapet scuppers into exterior conductor heads and downspouts. During heavy storms, water backed up at two scuppers even when the downspouts were clean. The old roof had shallow low areas that directed more water toward one outlet than the others. Royal Roofing and Siding Brooklyn's drainage review was completed before the replacement design was finalized. The scuppers and conductor heads were assessed together rather than assuming that a larger roof drain alone would solve the problem. Their dimensions and elevations were adjusted as part of the work, while the exterior leaders remained in their established locations. The existing modified-bitumen roof and wet insulation were removed to the wood deck. Damaged decking was limited to the areas beneath the two overflowing scuppers. New tapered insulation divided the roof into more balanced drainage areas and formed sumps at each outlet."

"John and his crew recently redid the entire outside of the house. Tore off the old and installed new siding, trim, soffits, etc. He was very fairly priced. John is on the job and is in constant communication with you about the progress. The job was not rushed. You can tell they have passion for their craft and treat each job with care. A lot of attention to details, both big and small. John will talk you through options to any unforeseen issue. He kept his original quoted price and didn't ask for more money to repair unexpected rot and/or additional labor time. John's recommendation for a mason for stone work on the porch was great. "Four Seasons Roofing installed a Diamond Roofing System on my house on 10/23/18. The whole experience was exceptional. Bill Taylor arrived on time on 10/13/18 to provide a free estimate for the roof removal and replacement. He explained the entire job in detail and was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. In addition to roof replacement, the chimney needed a new crown and regrouting. Also new gutters needed to be installed. I had received a call from their office staff to schedule installation date and expected time of arrival. The crew and material arrived 7:00AM as expected and work started immediately. This team was very professional and hard working. I was very impressed with the quality of work ethic and product they provided. I would highly recommend them for anyone who requires roof repairs or replacement."

They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms.
