"Over the past year, we interviewed a number of bathroom remodelers but had difficulty finding the one we wanted to work with. Then we met Louie from Kitchen and Bath Works, Inc. (Holbrook, NY) and we knew instantly that he was the one for us. We loved his easy going nature, his many years of experience, his ability to answer our tough questions, his no pressure demeanor, his dog friendliness, and his honesty. He also made us laugh, which is always a plus. What really stood out was his willingness to let me pick out and purchase all the components on my own – wall tile, floor tile, shower floor tile, and the plumbing. That saved us money and enabled us to customize the look exactly the way we wanted. The other remodelers we talked to tried to steer us into buying exclusively from their affiliated bath product retailers which turned us off. Except for the glass shower door which we had to wait for because it came from a separate vendor, the entire project was completed in 9 days. The results are simply stunning. I wanted a rustic Montana-style bathroom and Louie made my dream a reality. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a beautiful bathroom with so much functionality. Louie was a breeze to work with and we really appreciated his reliability and promptness each and every day. Today I used the new shower for the first time and it was amazing. We started with a simple project to remove stairs that were in our kitchen that led to a den which we were now making a closet and moving the entrance to our master bath. That led to us redoing the master bath, the bedroom, the kitchen, the closet, etc. Every time we added on, it was not an issue. "Homecraft Remodeling Corp. Review Contracted Job: New Kitchen and hallway update. Job completed as expected. Norm, the owner was very easy to work with and both knowledgeable and patient. The crew that did the work were just the best. Craftsmen who were both professional and friendly. Doug & Jay were more than willing to give advice and tips along the way. On occasion when we needed Norm he was only a phone call away. Were the any problems or issues? Sure, since it was a 4 week job but they were all minor and solved with no exceptions. Norm's showroom is well equipped with samples and if needed he sent us to a few tile stores in the area. The cabinets we chose came in within weeks and were just what we ordered. We had a hard time choosing the quartz counter-top so Norm made an appointment for us to visit the Cambria warehouse. We were glad we did as we decided to go with a pattern we first saw weeks prior. Cambria, like Homecraft is family owned business was very patient and helpful. If your looking for a fair price and great customer service then Homecraft is the way to go. In closing our advice is to take your time, ask plenty of questions and be prepared for some clean up. Be assured that no matter who does the job and how many plastic sheets you have in place the dust will penetrate. No big deal just takes time to clean up but in the end it was all worth it. We love our new kitchen.. Spectacular job!"

"A long over due review. From the initial consultation to the jobs end. Extremely seamless. We had our kitchen remodeled and ton of extras we threw at him. Jose from day one was extremely professional from start to finish and takes pride in his work. So you can expect perfection on finish work. Alta gave us a fair priced estimate and a very detailed estimate of scope of work from start to finish. No surprise charges. The work was done in a timely fashion and completed on the timeline set forth. We were and are very happy with the quality of work and the professionalism throughout the project. "Quite a few years ago, Artie renovated our bathroom.  Not only did he do a super job, but he made so many helpful suggestions along the way making decision making much easier.  For example, he suggested the type of tub to install and ones to avoid.  He helped us order merchandise and we were able to get a contractor's discount! 
     Recently we wanted to add a stone grilling station and a gazebo to our yard.  Everything I shopped for, I did not like or it was way over priced.....Artie sat with me and helped design a BEAUTIFUL, river rock-blue slate grilling station.  Once again, he directed me where to get the grill, type of grill, what to avoid and what would look best.  He takes the time to listen and know exactly what the customer is looking for.  He made everything by hand and the result shows....We get so many compliments from it!  He is currently completing a Tiki Hut Bar/Gazebo........when it came to ordering the tiki hut straw for the roof, Artie took it upon himself to google information online and forward me what he had found.....this made it so much easier on my part!  The bar came out great!!!
     Not only is Artie extremely talented, but he is so easy to work with, is very professional,responsible and shows up for a job when he says he will.....when do you ever get that?????  I HIGHLY recommend Artie Derosa!!"
