When Danny from D&M came, he initially thought the same thing, but then spent about a half hour working to unclog the spray arms...something I had tried to do but was only partially able to do. By the time he was through, the arms were rotating effectively. Since then, the dishwasher has worked almost perfectly. Instead of spending $500-plus on a new unit, we got away with an $80 repair. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed we were with Danny's competence, honesty and determination to see the job through. I will never use anyone else for my appliance repair needs."
