"During the removal of the old gutters and the replacement they found the water drains were backed-up. I called the plumber and he found we needed special treatment of the drains which could not be done for 2 days. JP was very accommodating. They left portions of the drainage pipes unattached to make the plumberâ s work easier to do. They also offered to come back after the plumbing work was completed to finish the job. We needed to have our kitchen painted, crown molding painted and also some touch-ups performed.
