"The technician was EARLY, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE,  and EFFICIENT.   We had a window of 12 to 5 PM and the technician called us at 10 AM saying that he would be able to come ASAP!   AWESOME!    He did his job and didn't do MORE than was needed! They have always been excellent about doing spring start-up, winterizations, and even servicing/repairs. Wilver was out this year for winterization and did a great job. "Hired them in April 2019 to level and reseal patio pavers with polymeric sand. Job looked okay at first, but shortly several voids starting showing in the sand and some pavers started to settle, which is not unusual or unexpected. Sent them pictures at their request and they said they would return and repair the problem areas. I marked the voids and uneven areas with tape to make it easy for them to locate the voids. I also asked that they call to schedule the repair so that I could be there. After over 2 months of inquiries and waiting, someone showed up when we weren't home and did the repairs. Some additional voids have since appeared. If they had come when I was home as requested, I would have simply asked for them to leave a little poly sand so I could fix an additional settling without having to bother them."
