"We were very happy with Paul and his crew on the design and final project. The only issue I have is that it is 2 years later and we are still waiting for things to be completed. Trim above a door that was never installed, shelf in a cabinet that was missing, soft closing cabinet door that needed to be fixed and a granite cutting board that was promised to us. These are minor things that do not take away from the beauty of the kitchen, it is just that when the job is finished and the final payment is made, forget about hearing from them again! (We have been trying to get in touch with them since December 2019!!)"

When they started work, all needed materials were in, yet it took over 7 weeks to complete. Requests for a schedule were evaded. There is no crew it is Rich, and occasionally Linda to assist. Very poor time management at the customer expense. Their lack of transparency regarding certain paperwork was troubling. What should have been a rewarding project became a large disappointment."
