Although the shingles carried a wind damage warranty, Bob exhibited high personal and professional integrity performing repairs next day and without the hassle of filing a warranty claim, he said he stands behind his work and charged us minimally to make it perfect again. There are many contractors who can do the work, but integrity is defined by how people act when facing adversity. He ate the cost of this repair."
