The roofers showed up on time, every day, working a 10-12 hour day to make sure any shingles removed were completely replaced before they left for the day to avoid any exposure to the elements of an unprotected roof. Chuck was in constant communication with me via phone or text to answer any questions & keep me apprised of the progress. Photos of the progress were sent at the end of each day. We had a surprise yellow jacket infestation in our eaves but the roofers continued to work on another part of the roof while we called in an exterminator. The gutter & downspout installers also showed up on time & completed our project as promised. Chuck & Mike work very well together & run a very professional company.
