After waiting 6 months on the contractor I hired who kept putting me off a friend called 1stop for me. They were out at the exact time they said they would be. The estimate was a few 100 dollars more than my previous estimate but after waiting 6 months I didn’t care. One guy came out to do the job which took 2 days. That was the quietest worker and he cleaned up the work area very well even putting a tarp down to collect debris. I would hire this company again. Work was good, cost very reasonable,"

They re-used my brick and did a good job of matching the mortar. They removed the whole area around the cracks, cleaned it up, and then re-assembled it. They also redid some brickwork under a downspout and that looks nice as well. They put new molding and lintel around the garage."

"Stained a new deck. Repaired and painted rotted fascia and painted the garage door and area above. Everything was done well. Mr. Medina recommended Sherwin-Williams for the deck stain. The stain ended up looking more like paint than stain. I am stuck with the stain since I will not pay to have it stripped and restained. Also, the deck developed white spots all over it. I called Mr. Medina about the white spots and he stated that he didn’t know what caused it and there probably was not anything that he could do. He did agree to come out and look at the issue but he never did. I’ve been told, by someone else, that it might be sap or preservative from the wood and that it would eventually go away. I have waited to see and it is disappearing. I am very pleased with Mr. Medina’s work but not his knowledge of stain."
