They're very good at fixing the problem and it doesn't break. So, the quality of their work is very, very good. As I said, they offer suggestions. If they say that in the next year, you're going to have to look into replacing this faucet, and here's your options. It's nice to be presented with the options. And they're very knowledgeable, all of them, they're very knowledgeable for their business."

"We have been using Justin Dorsey as a company for our needs for over a year. We have had many concerns and called them for more than 4 separate issues this year. We first needed their services when we had been in our new home for 2 weeks and our water heater quit working. It was late on a Friday and the tech ran into some difficulties with how the plumbing was run by the previous owner. He worked hard and until almost midnight to resolve all the concerns and leave us with hot water. We have since used them for small concerns with a toilet and sink, a water leak from valve on a pipe, and replacement of our well pump switch. This past week we once again needed their services. We have always had a prompt same day response to our needs. Our water softener was not functioning and leaking. Michael was the tech who responded and fixed this problem. As he assessed our overall needs in our home, we discussed our drinking water. He was able to install a reverse osmosis drinking water system the same day. Again due to previous plumbing concerns from our home's previous owner, he had some obstacles to overcome. Of no fault of his, he had to return to our home 3 times in 2 weeks to get the system to work properly. He was professional and worked with us to fix the problems. We have always been very pleased with their work and how they go above and beyond to not only please the customer, but do the best job possible. We will continue to use this company and recommend them to those we know in Hendricks County. <br />"

I called out around 4 companies to give Me a quote and this company seem to be the most knowledgeable.... I was surprised to learn that some companies don’t do all of the waterproofing They bring in a contractor to do part of it and they do the rest. Or the try and sell u a bunch of stuff u don’t need.....I chose this company Because they got good reviews ......they are knowledgeable about the Process and they are budget friendly.....Also Marty has a good sense Of humor to help ease the tension of choosing... .."

"Indiana Crawl Space repair recommended a perimeter drainage system along with a new sump pump and basin. They did not try to pressure me to buy something I didn't need, but rather broke down the quote into what was needed to solve the immediate problem (drainage system and pump), along with some optional future upgrades I could consider and/or save up for (encapsulation and dehumidifier). I had three estimates done for the same work, and this was by far the most affordable. Once I decided to move forward with the drainage system, sump pump, and basin, they were able to be onsite quickly and finished the job in less than two days. They also cleaned out the insulation mess, screened off the vents to keep the animals out, and ran a fresh new vapor barrier. Since the work has been completed, it has been raining for several consecutive days causing a lot of flooding in the area. I keep peaking in my crawlspace. It’s still dry!"

"One of the company's plumbers visited for about 30 min. I had not expected that long a visit. When I called, I wasn't told there was a fee (cited below) for estimate. When we got the bill, I objected to the fee. Owner suggested a compromise that was acceptable. They were recommended by a contractor/friend, who said they were good, but not cheap. I should have asked the company about fees. They are probably out of my price range, so if the "hire again" question above had a "Maybe," I would have selected that. In the future I hope to remember to ask contractors if their estimate is free."
