For the value for money rating, I did not shop around so it did not compare with other companies. However, the new tub and sink look good and perform well. Most important of all, my wife is happy about the remodel. The crew they sent out for the remodel was stellar. James, the crew leader was spectacular. We were very impressed with him and the team. We replaced all of the flooring in the house and completely updated the kitchen and main bathroom. Bryce and his team did a great job and the job came in under the original budget. His subcontractors were excellent, some coming by in the evening to ensure the project stayed on schedule. I also want to give a shout out to Bryce’s father, Pete, and brother Aaron. Pete the drywall king. We needed to match a 20-year-old texture on the ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom. He told me he wasn’t sure he could match it but when it was done even I can’t tell what he fixed. Aaron did most of the demo on the old tile floors and installed about half of the moldings throughout the house. His work is excellent. I can’t recommend B. Skelton Construction highly enough and, should I ever need construction services in the future, Bryce will be the first person I’ll call."
