These guys were the first ones to notice that the wrong type of pipe had been installed in my water lines to and from the unit. they fixed the problem and cleaned my water heater and I feel confident that they did a great job. I had no confidence in the work of the previous company. They also insulated pipes in my attic that were freezing. Of course, the weather is beautiful now and I will have to wait for cold weather to see if it was the problem; but I have no reason to believe it isn't fixed. They were neat, upfront with the pricing, and made me feel confident that my problems are solved."

The other guy nick was walking around checking the other water fixtures in the house, felt he was upselling to much. The problem was fixed to our satisfaction after we ourselves checked it out. Nick was very nice, but felt we were being pushed to do other things in our home. Found out that rooter plumbing guys work on commission."
