When researching cleaners, I did get a much cheaper estimate but decided to go with Ken because he was much clearer in his estimate and I didn't get the feeling that the final cost would end up skyrocketing from the original estimate (which I suspected might happen with the cheaper quote).

The quality of cleaning was top-notch. The shower looks almost like new again despite its disgusting appearance beforehand. I'm sure I'll be calling him up again in a year or two when we need the shower cleaned again, regrouted, or even for a carpet cleaning."
