"This is the company that you want working for you! First, he did a rood inspection and performed minor but critical repairs to the flashing and roof. Second, when a raccoon tore open the roof it left a mess of insallation and a gaping hole. Bel come over the night before a heavy rain and did an emergency repair. The follwong day he came over and made a complete permenant repair in the three areas torn up by the raccoon. High quality, totally professional, VERY responsive and customer focused. This company is an affordable solution for high quality roof repairs! He is my "go to guy" for any future roofing needs."

"Beantown was great to work with. They are responsive, polite, organized, neat, and they do great work. After dropping off the dumpster, they replaced the roof on my Dutch Colonial house in one day. After the roof was finished two other teams came in to replace all of the siding and rebuild the front portico and side deck and also add a deck extension. See also my review under Roof replacement SIDING and DECKS_and_PORCHES."

"WE were very pleased with the prompt response to our need for shingle repair as we wanted to get it repaired before rain and snow. We were pleased with the way the shingles matched what we already had. The men were here, did the repair and were gone in a very short time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for roof repair."

"Our new metal roof from East Coast Metal Roofing came out awesome! It was a very smooth process starting with a no pressure meeting with Product Specialist Dave Harrison who explained the product and process to us. He was very helpful in dealing with a few issues with our existing roof (gutters not installed correctly and old construction of area where roof lines met and leaked). He made sure the gutters were fixed properly and had the rooflines redesigned to eliminate any leaking issues. During the job the Quality Control Manager, Shaun LaForce, was on site each day and was great to deal with. The office managers, Jenna & Alexandria, were fantastic with keeping us up to date on the start dates and delivery info. The installation crew did a great job led by Alex and finished the job in 2 days despite a snowstorm in between the days, even shoveled my driveway the day after the storm! I highly recommend East Coast Metal Roofing if you're looking to upgrade your house with a metal roof. You won't be sorry!"

"Came out to do an estimate, and didn't provide it to me for many days or contact me, despite multiple phone calls I made and messages left. While I understand they were swamped with demand due to a snowstorm, I was led to believe they would be more responsive - and the responsibility lands with them to set expectations with me on turnaround time. In the end, they did repair our gutters in about 10 minutes, and I can't complain - it was fast, albeit very expensive. If I can find an alternative, I wouldn't hire them again."

"I had a leak that can be seen from a ceiling. Called several roofing companies and got no reply back. Used home advisor and have Andrea called me and scheduled the visit promptly for Freddy to come and check the leak. Freddy was very professional, identified the leak that was due to improper seal of one of the skylights and fixed it right away. He also checked my other skylights and some had the same problem which he fixed. Freddy checked my roof for issues and provided tips for maintenance so it can last long. Definitely will recommend Global Home Improvement, Inc as a honest and very professional company !"

"Manny and crew did a great job repairing my roof. He understood what I needed and his estimate was clear and showed the labor and materials details (something not all contractors are willing to do). On the day that his team came to do the work, he showed me exactly where and why the roof was leaking. It made me confident that the work done solved the problem. Manny is also generous with his knowledge. I would definitely hire Watertight Pro again."

"Very professional, they showed up on time & did great work. I am very impressed and intend to use them again when I have a project that needs to be done. Painted my house and did a lot of repair work, house looks absolutely great!"

"Bel islands I called them Andrei came out the next day. He was very professional and said that he would have a quote the next day. He was more reasonably priced compared to all the others. Great crew, on time, went right to work, striped the roof installed new shingles, worked as a team very efficiently, and left my yard spotless. DEFINITELY would recommend using them for anyone needing a new roof."
