"We recently had our windows done by Home Genius, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Dakota, the project manager, did an excellent job making sure everything stayed on schedule and that we were taken care of every step of the way. Nick, our sales rep, was professional, informative, and easy to work with, while Michelle, the project coordinator, ensured communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process. The installation crew was truly phenomenal. They were incredibly friendly, respectful of our home, and worked very efficiently without cutting any corners. It was clear they were experienced and committed to doing a quality job. They also kept the work area clean, which made a big difference. On top of that, they were great with our dog, which made the whole experience even better for us. We couldn’t be happier with the results and the overall experience. "I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY & I WILL NEVER REFER THEM TO CLEAN A GUTTER FOR ANYONE. IF YOU DO UTILIZE THEIR SERVICE(S), YOU NEED TO BE HOME WHILE THE SERVICES ARE BEING PERFORMED & YOU NEED TO BE READY & ABLE TO CHECK THE WORK THAT YOU PAID THEM TO PERFORM. YOUR BEST BET IS TO USE A DRONE TO TAKE PICTURES & VIDEO SO YOU DON?T HURT YOURSELDF WHILE INSPECTING THEIR WORK. The 1st time the workers came by to clean the gutters, they were @ our home for 30 minutes. The 2nd time they were there for 32 minutes. Each time the job wasn't completed per the contract. Let's see if they can complete the job on their 3rd visit. Pay the extra money & go with another company."
