"Anton, the owner of European Craftsman and Remodeling, has done a lot of work for us over the past few years. He has painted and fixed the entire exterior of our home, repaired our roof, built a beautiful front patio with stonework, and also re-finished our cedar outdoor deck. This man is an absolute top-rate craftsman of the highest order. Every single job that he has done for us has been done with great care, detail, and amazing quality. All of this done with complete trust, no price increases unless there is an impending issue that comes up, and extreme reliability. We have other work that we need done, and there is absolutely nobody else that I will ever call in the Hudson Valley - Anton is our man! We have had nightmare issues in the past finding good carpenters and contractors - they are usually not reliable, do garbage or incorrect work, overcharge, etc so when we found Anton, we were amazed and are now thrilled. If you need something taken care of in your home or want to upgrade some appearance, painting, stonework, repair, decks, I give my highest recommendation to call Anton. "Jorge and his crew were excellent with their craftsmanship. They took up and removed the concrete front walkway that was cracked and crumbing and put down beautiful pavers in an elegant design. Then evened out and resurfaced my front steps which were cracked and crumbing.. The pricing was consistent with their job Excellent. They arrived on time , cleaned up the debris and were courteous and explained everything as they did the job."

"The job was to remove metal railings and replace them with weather treated wood railings on my front porch and primary entrance. The administrative person Satira was wonderful to deal with. The owner Alan provided me with a affordable estimate. The two workmen who arrived this morning to do the work were on time and a pleasure to deal with. The workmanship was outstanding and I would highly recommend them as well as I will use Westside Building in the future. I would rate them as a 5 out of 5 without exception."

"After a window replacement, we decided to paint the whole kitchen. There was quite a bit of water damage and wall cracks to be repaired. Felipe was professional and punctual. He worked tirelessly for 2 days on the kitchen and a bedroom. Did a fantastic job. He was polite and very clean and neat. His price is reasonable, and he is quick to respond to any request. Highly recommend!"

"I hired Remodeling Concepts based on a recommendation. Right from the start Derek was very responsive and once at my home he was full of ideas and suggestions to help us with our remodel. I brought in 3 contractors before hiring RC. The estimates were all around the same amount and Derek was right in line with his prices but he offered a lot more than anyone else I spoke to. Throughout the remodel, the entire staff were professional and friendly. I actually got to the point that I felt that the guys had become family...my dogs even liked them! Derek and his staff were always available when I needed them and anytime I made changes to the project Derek took it in stride and worked with me to make sure I was happy. One of the things that really made me happy when dealing with Derek is that when he would come to the house on a day that he wasn’t on site, he would review the work done and at times would find something that he deemed unacceptable that my wife and I didn’t even notice and would have the work redone to make sure it was perfect. We did everything from new siding and a new roof, to a full kitchen remodel, new laundry room, new covered deck, and central air among other things. "The team removed the previous owner's horrible wallpaper and glue (almost every room), spackled & caulked, sanded, applied primer (some places multiple coats), and painted. The colors were perfect matches of my swatches. They accommodated my timing needs into their very tight schedule, were prompt and responsive, easy to reach when I had questions. "As usual, Alan showed up as scheduled and did a thorough walk-around to detail the work that needed to be done. Candi had the contract done the next morning and the carpenters showed up two days later as promised. Bucky and Max worked a full day and did a great job. They not only fixed the superficial rotted wood, but went down to the support structure and made repairs. They used good quality materials and were very happy to explain to me how they were making the repairs. The porches are on a Victorian Style house and they were able to make the repairs while maintaining the decorative style. Bucky's skill and workmanship really came through on the work done on the front porch. Max really did a great job replacing the shakes and fascia boards on the back porch. He also did a nice job replacing the outside door to the basement. This was a professional and quality job through and through."
