We have been doing a full house addition and remodel, and after having several setbacks, paolo and his team came in and were able to totally redo siding, trim out a covered patio, replace gutters and paint the house. They bent over backwards to make sure 1) things were done in the right order (even coming out for 1 random day to do facia before my roofers came out and put a roof on the house) and 2) Make sure that I was happy with the end product: consistently telling me "We want you to be happy- you have to live here, so lets make sure we get this right." The two man team was here long hours over a couple of weeks, always was sure to clean up well in the evening and left the house very clean at the end of the project, and were courteous to anyone else here, collaborated well with other trades, and were kind to my kids (super important in my book!). After dealing with a lot of trades during this project that were mediocre, un-responsive, and some down right rude, it was a breath of fresh air to work with someone who did excellent work, had good follow up, and listened to my ideas and made them come to life. After hearing a little about the technology in the windows I wanted to set up an appointment. The availability was good and next thing you know July is at my door with some samples. The sound dampening and heat retention features were all I needed to hear. The window tech does a lot more than that but I was sold at those features. We settled on the number of windows and agreed on financing then setup financing. They even helped with our HOA request to have work done. A date was decided on for service and Tadas arrived with his partner. They were very professional and made sure I was aware of everything they were doing. After all was done an inspection was had and everything was good. All in all the experience from start to finish was great! The wife and I are happy."
