"Of the three companies that bid my exterior house painting, they came in the lowest. But it seems it's a "get what you paid for" situation. They did a great job of scraping and removing the paint from the old wood siding. However, after a primer coat and a "Good heavy top coat" there are places where the bare wood shows through. When approached about it, their solution was to charge an additional hourly rate to come make it right."
