"I must say that we are highly pleased with the work completed by Valor Home Solutions. Ammaron spent most of one day with us working on a plan as to what we wanted as a finished product. At the end of our meeting, we knew what to expect in regard to cost in material, labor, and quality of work. This project involved remodeling a very old bathroom. The old tub was removed, a new modern walk-in shower was installed with all new plumbing, a new floor was installed and deteriorated wood replaced where needed, and a new vanity was installed. Valor Home Solutions did an excellent job at keeping communication open throughout the project. Nothing was done without checking with us to make sure everything was to our expectations and satisfaction. "Nice guys. Communication is poor. I paid several thousand dollars for new windows and not a year in and they already have a condensation issue and are drafty. I made multiple attempts to contact for warranty but I am being ghosted. No response to my voice-mails or emails. Last rep I spoke to said they would contact my "local manger directly". That was over two weeks ago."
