"I wanted to finish the basement floors in my townhouse with a material that was impermeable to any kind of water damage or mold. There were several options to choose from and I chose the Medici treatment which turned out to be the best answer to my needs. Ross, the owner, was very quick to respond to my inquiry, came to my home to look at the project, discuss my goals, gave me a bid, and scheduled the install that same afternoon! He also worked with me as to the colors I desired and the result was outstanding! Wish I could post a picture. The crew was polite and courteous, moved a lot of heavy stuff (washer & dryer) so they could work without a single complaint, and the job was completed on schedule and on budget. No â hiddenâ fees or expenses of any kind. I will say that the odor from the product is quite strong , so if you decide to do this on an INTERIOR space like I did, ideally you may want to take a short vacation from home. I stuck it out at home and the odor was pretty much gone within about 24 hours of completion of the job (my project was done over two daysâ time).
