I placed two calls. 1 to Georgia Roofing and 1 to my insurance company. 10 days later I have a new roof. Clean up was so great you can't even tell they were here. "The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."

M&C Roofing did a good job on our roof.  The arrived promptly, began work immediately, and were nice people.  The only reason that I didn't give them an A is because of two scheduling issues that were inconvenient.  Other than that we were satisfied with their service.

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"Electrician showed up on time (actually early).  I needed my outdoor low voltage lights adjusted, some relamped and one light repaired. Electrician did not adjust any of the lights (one was laying on the ground) and one needed a splice repair.  He refused to do the splice repair, saying he couldn't (he wasn't willing to). He was there less than thirty minutes and was in a huge hurry to get to his next appointment.  I repaired the light by splicing the wires in about 30 minutes and I'm not an electrician.  I realize $100 is not much for an electrician service call, but when you expect and purchase two hours of service, it should be provided if needed.
