"They were great! We’ve have an older home with exterior shingles that have been painted many times. A few years ago, we had Residential Solutions do a full exterior paint that included some exterior sill and shingle replacement. They did a terrific job and the paint has generally held up well. We recently had a new roof put on and noticed we needed some paint repair near the roof. We called Residential Solutions again and they not only touched up the trim but also touched up paint on the shingles to keep the paint in good repair, replaced some shingles and fascia that woodpeckers had ruined, and we had them do interior trim repair and paint an interior stairwell. Just like the first time, the work was well done, and the crew prompt and tidy. They noticed and repaired things we hadn’t even caught. The interior trim repair was done so well you’d never know it was not original to the house. We highly recommend Craig and his crew."

We also had a significant amount of wood rot that need to be repaired. The carpentry and craftsmanship was top-notch as they mitigated the wood rot. "Orlando and his team at Dagos Construction can handle anything. Last spring we had a plumbing disaster (from another company) that required half of our living room ceiling to be cut out. The plumbers, of course, did not repair the damage they did to our living room. A neighbor recommended Orlando and I honestly don't know what I would do without him and his team. Every person that has worked on our house has showed up on time and has been incredibly professional and courteous. So far, they have have scraped the entire first floor ceilings of popcorn and repainted, repaired the holes in the ceiling and walls from the previous plumbing disaster, painting our living room trim and walls, removed the old fireplace tile and re-tiled, added additional lighting to the living room and kitchen, centered 2 light fixtures that were never exact center of the room (which bothers my OCD). The ceiling scraping is quite a messy process but they made sure to tape all the rooms off to mitigate dust throughout the house. I have now contracted with Orlando do install new hardwood floors in the remaining rooms on our first floor, paint the exterior of the house, replace all the gutters and fix exterior wood rot. Next year, Dagos Construction will start on our basement remodel. Anything you need done, Orlando and his team can do it!"

"Wow, Ken and his team did an amazing job. I hired them to remove essentially an entire main floor of wallpaper, patch the walls, paint the walls and scrape/repair/paint the popcorn ceilings.
