"We had a wonderful experience with Footprints! Dan and Laura were quick to respond to our initial inquiry. Their bid was competitive and totally fair. Dan explained everything to us in terms of what they were going to do, exactly when they were going to do it, and why they needed to do it the way they were doing it. They showed up on our job site at least 5 or 6 times to make sure that everything that was supposed to be happening was. They were super responsive to our communications throughout the whole project. Their installer, Daniel, was professional, hard-working, punctual, very knowledgable, and did very impressive work with our vinyl tile (PVT) flooring. He even did a great job cleaning up and organizing the tools that he needed to leave overnight. We found this business to be entirely trustworthy, an excellent value for our money, a genuine pleasure to work with, and folks that we'd still happily invite over for dinner when it was all said and done. They'll be the only ones we call in the future for flooring and tiling projects, and we will be passing their information along with our full endorsement to our friends, family, and colleagues. He didn’t only provide a competitive price for his work, he also found alternative ways to save me money during the work, without compromising quality, something very difficult to find from contractors. Later, we ran into a little issue with our floor which was not his fault but it was related to his job, however, he came back quick to fix it, and did a good job with it. I waited on writing this review until I felt the job out for over a month and can say with certainty that no curves were cut. Quality and price were perfect! "Dustin and Alex repaired, caulked, replaced and repainted damaged baseboards, doors, windows, and wood rot. They also power washed the exterior of the house and cleaned out the garden and yard. In the past they have installed storm windows and done other interior repairs. I love having them here. They are friendly, very polite, and professional. In addition, they clean up better than I would! I was one of Guy's first clients and am so glad I was. I strongly recommend all three gentlemen. They are always welcome here, even if it's just for a glass of tea!"
