"We were looking into redoing our old deck and got a quote which we thought was reasonable for our large deck. Then for another estimate, we called 7th State Builders. They explained that for the same cost, we could get a paver stone patio (which in the long run is far less maintenance). The owner worked with our budget and the gentlemen who laid our pavers were extremely professional and worked within our wishes. They removed the deck and finished the patio in about a week. Awesome job! After a week or so, it had rain for a period of time and we noticed that a small dip in the patio was collecting a puddle. After a call, they came out and fixed the problem. We would definitely recommend this company for a patio."

Jairo and his team did a Top Notch job on my front paver parking pad, additional side walkway, and add-on pavers behind my house. They were prompt, professional, timely, extremely friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable! Neighbors stopped by to notice the work they did, and they even fulfilled a side project (small tree removal) request for one of my neighbors without impacting the timeline on my yard project. "The five-month journey that we spent with Chris, Nicoleta, Nate, Elmer and all the team at GSB Builders has beaten any of our expectations and delivered a beautiful second-floor addition, which includes a master suite and office space. After a lot of hesitation, Chris, Nicoleta and Nate convinced us to take the step forward, captured our main ideas and proposed a design that has greatly improved, not only the space and appeal of our own house, but also the neighborhood. We really appreciated their listening to our ideas, down-to-earth and professional demeanor, and knowledge about all aspects of the construction which helped us overcome our initial fears ahead of an unknown journey. The construction was well executed by a professional team led by Elmer which was always friendly, tidy and respectful of the family’s privacy while workers had to enter the house. In fact, over the course of working together, we have come to appreciate each other deeply and have come to view Nicoleta and Chris as friends of the family. No major construction project is without bumps and stress along the road, and ours was no exception. What mattered is that we were always able to rely to the GSB team to do their best to rectify any problem and solidify our trust. "Mid Atlantic Concrete removed my deck and installed a patio. The patio turned out larger than expected. They also included a handrail for my mother, which was needed for the three steps. The owner was on site for some of the project completions and worked with me, and was easy to communicate with. They did a great job!"

"Great, provider was very friendly and did a great job.  Left no mess behind and told me about the damage to the inner parts of my chimney.  He said it needed to be replaced but wasn't being a pushy salesman and even said to get some quotes and call them back he I don't find a better deal.  They were on the expensive side when it came to replacing the panels tho.  But overall I would use them again to clean my chimney.

From the beginning of talking to Jim Wilburn, the Owner of Ace, to the Lawn Service with Kevin, it has been a great experience.  Jim is very understanding and helped me to decide what service worked best for our lawn.  He has made adjustments as necessary throughout the season.

Kevin provides weekly service our lawn.  He assesses the lawn each week and provides the care that is needed.  Our lawn is beautiful when he is done.  He is the best!!

This is the first time we have needed a Lawn Care Service and I am so happy to be working with Ace Lawn and Landscaping.
