"I required the services of a Roofing Organization to remove and replace several damaged Boral Tiles on my home. Part of the services which I required was locating and sourcing the "hard to find" tiles to match my home's roof. Urban Exteriors, (Lyndon) was very responsive, professional with no concern of the size of the project. Within two days the required tiles were located, sourced and installed. I was extremely pleased with Urban Exteriors' professionalism, responsiveness, workmanship! Larry M"

"Job went very well. Chris is very experienced, knowledgeable and professional. Roof was torn off and new roof installed in one day. Property was thoroughly cleaned up afterwards with special attention to nails. Chris helped us negotiate with Insurance Company making this job stress free for us. The crew are friendly, polite and hard-working guys. Chris did everything he promised in our initial meeting. We would highly recommend using Five Sons Roofing."

"I thought it went well. Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."

"The leak is fixed and that is the major thing. But it took several phone calls from me to get them to respond and reschedule the final pieces of the job. It is true that a wet spring/summer and big storms with hail have limited the company's time they can get on roofs, and increased the numer of jobs they've taken on. So, to some extent, the excuses were warranted as to why it wasn't being finished, etc. And there were phone messages from the company to let me know they wouldn't be coming out on a particular day. That doesn't change the fact that I had to do the chasing to get them to come back and finish the job. Part of our pricing deal included bringing in someone to replace the window trim Ron pulled off to get to the leak. Two months and more than three phone calls later, it was still not done. Finally, after my latest phone call, Ron came out to replace the window trim himself, but Ron is a roofer and not a trim worker. He hammered up a piece of wood, recessed behind the rest of the trim and not matching up with the bottoms of the exposed side trim on the windows. Again, the leak is fixed, the roof is holding and that is the major thing we hired them to do. But our payment agreement included putting the window back with trim to match and that has not been done. And the number of times I had to call to try to get the job done is infuriating. If I had written this reveiw the week after our garage was dry, I'd have given them a better grade. But we'll have to come up with another solution to our trim and pay for it ourselves."

"We had several bids and talked with contractors about adding an elevated three-season, enclosed room to our home. We chose TruCraft Contracting because Jason Russo, the owner, was knowledgeable, detail oriented, and fairly priced in his bid, all qualities we felt were important in a project of this size. We have a walk-out basement, and we wanted the room to be accessible from the first floor (not the basement). The deck/porch is 28' x 15,' so the room had to be engineered and structured for weight and safety. I showed Jason a picture of exactly how I wanted the interior and exterior to look, and Jason assured us he could replicate the picture for our deck/porch. Jason, employs a project foreman/builder, AJ, who is an incredible master craftsman. AJ directed and assisted in building every part of our porch. It is a gabled roof/ceiling with large windows surrounding the room and triangular windows at the top. The ceiling is stained tongue-in-groove, and the flooring is TimberTech. The interior has wainscotting and an exterior-grade french door. Additionally, there is an outside staircase composed of the TimberTech decking and Fortress railing with embedded stair lights. We ask Jason to extend our concrete patio to flow seamlessly with the bottom of the stairs. All of the construction and installation I've mentioned were completed entirely by AJ and his crew. Jason came daily to check and talk with AJ to make sure everything was aligned with the plans. Although, compliments of Covid, it took more time to construct and finish this project than had been estimated, the wait was well worth it. The room is absolutely stunning, and we are enjoying our new living space immensely. I highly recommend TruCraft Construction for your consideration of any remodel or additions you may be comtemplating."
