He called back within minutes of our request being posted on Angie's List, and he gave us an appointment within a convenient time frame. He and his assistant arrived at the promised time, after considerately calling ahead to let us know he was on his way. He did an outstanding job removing a tree stump in our front yard, grinding it to chips, removing the chips, filling the hole with topsoil, and making sure the ground was level. He charged a very reasonable price and was polite, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. All in all, we are very satisfied customers who are happy to recommend Steve and his business to friends and acquaintances."

"Derek was great. He managed to fit me into his schedule last year and came out roughly every 2 weeks. He was out in January 2018 and cleaned up some brush that was down from Hurricane Irma. I thought he would haul it away but he left it piled up at the curb. The trash company wouldn't pick it up because the pieces were too large. I kept waiting to hear from Derek to let me know when he was going to come out again to start mowing my lawn for the season but I have heard nothing from him. The guy who takes care of my land in Hernando County was in contact with me every 2-3 weeks during the off season to see if I needed anything. Maybe Derek was expecting me to contact him. But since I haven't heard anything from him and the backyard was getting overgrown, I've hired someone else to take care of it. I didn't like the fact that he always wanted to be paid in cash. I don't have cash laying around the house. He'd sometimes let me know so late in the day, I didn't have a chance to get to the bank to get cash for him and would have to stop at the ATM on the way home. This was after the fact that I asked him to give me 24 hours notice that he was coming."
