"Plumbing Today came out the same day as the quote. We did not have any hot water."

"I called Cass in November 2021. The hot water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. Richard, the service repairman, came out that day and replaced the heating element. This past week, almost 7 months to the day, no hot water again. Cass was very busy but Richard did make it out in 2 days. It was the heating element again. He replaced it again and mentioned our water was very 'hard'. There was no charge because it was under warranty. I am now planning to have Cass install a new tankless water heater. I would definitely recommend Cass for your plumbing needs. Richard was prompt, personable and qualified. Customer service is great!"

"I cannot recommend this company highly enough. During a difficult time in my life, they stepped up when we needed help the most. They took my situation seriously, showed genuine concern, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They arranged to have our water heater needs addressed the very next day, and their responsiveness, kindness, and professionalism made a difficult situation so much easier. It was clear that their concern went beyond simply completing a job. They genuinely cared about helping our family and making sure we had what we needed. It is rare to find a company that wants you to know they care and your not just a number. I am incredibly grateful for the way they handled everything, explained everything and left it all cleaned up like they were never there. I recommend them to everyone and tell them what a good experience it was."

"David was able to work us in right away, within a day. He installed a new water heater, 3 faucets, 2 toilets and helped set a new bathroom vanity. We thought his prices were very reasonable and fair. We also called him back a few weeks later to install a p-trap under a kitchen sink in our former home we were selling. I would highly recommend him. He is professional and will call if he is running late. Iâ m glad we found him on Home Advisor!"

"Our hot water heater was an antique. The pro had to find a replacement, and installed it the next day with the aid of a helper. Job done, and all is working well."

They took the time to answer my questions, ensured the installation was done correctly, and left my home clean and tidy. I’m thoroughly impressed with their quality of work and outstanding customer service. I would confidently recommend Costa Plumbing to anyone in need of reliable plumbing services."

"Work was excellent on both but the employee did crack a tile putting in the hot water heater and did not say anything to me. When l noticed it l called the office and they took care of it that day. I was very satisfied with the way it was handled. Very professionally. I would hire them again with no problem!!!"
