"We started out by hiring Vargas Tree Service to do a thorough yard clean up and tree trimming. Very soon we realized how wonderful they are to work with. We then hired them to install pavers in the backyard and a complete overhaul of the irrigation system. We can't be happier with their work. The jobs are done very well. They are professional, easy to work with. They charge a fair price for quality work, and they always cleaned up neatly after each job. What more can you ask for when hiring someone. Highly recommended. They are surely on the top of the list for us to contact should any future need arises."

"I have rental properties in Las Vegas NV and I needed a Licensed Bonded company with Legal and vetted employees working on my properties, for liability and legality reasons. I found Cacti and Brett from my mom, she has used them for a dozen years and has always had excellent results. I gave them a call and I can tell you that the entire team is first rate and the work is good too. The only regret: they don't own any lawn mowers or cut grass, but do fine on Desertscapes. Cliff"

"The owner gave us a verbal bid for a general clean up, trimming existing bushes and Oleanders after inspecting the property. His first bid was $340.00. I explained that I was sorry to waste his time, but may regular gardener charged $160 for a quarterly clean up but Monday morning the painters were to arrive and my regular man was tied up and I had to have the work completed. I said I would call someone else. John said he could do it on Sat for $200.00. We agreed and Sat came. They were to be on the job between 11am and 1:00pm. John called and said he was running late and could he could start at about 2:00pm. Again I said I understood and I appreciated that he called. <br /> He and two helpers arrived and started work. From the beginning he complained that this was more work than he counted on. When he started on the trimming of the hedges he told me he was sorry but this was more work than he counted on and I could pay him for the work completed and said he was very sorry. <br /> Being on the hook I told him if he would complete the hedges and general clean up I would do the Oleanders myself. I gave him an extra $50.00. My wife and I trimmed the oleanders and took a load to the dump. For those of you that are married you can guess when I will live this down. <br /> What work that they did was good, but I broke the <strong>"cardinal rule"</strong> get it in writing. Never any work without a written estimate. <br /> <br />"

"I could not be more pleased with how my new front lawn turned out. I wanted to replace my grass with more water tolerant lawn but still wanted it to look lush and vibrant. Jaime Newman of Mack Landscaping along with Jose Gomez listen to my vision, provided me with a 3D rendering of my house, in order to better visualize it, and all I can say is the final product is just amazing. They were both professional, always keeping me informed as to what was going on, began the job on time and completed it within the estimated time frame. Definitely did not over promise and under deliver. Also kudos to their staff who actually did the work for also being professional and respectful of my home. The photos do not do it justice and yes, the grass is artificial turf!"

"I contacted JR for a quote on a 1000 sq. ft. paver patio. JR came out to my house and we went over my request. Within a day I had a email quote detailing the price for material, labor, etc. JR's prices beat everyone else so I chose him to install the patio. <br /> Installation started about a week after I signed the contract. JR and his team showed up on-site when they said they were going to be there. They were professional, never asked to use my restroom or for water (even though I offered). <br /> The entire job took about 3 days to finish. The craftsmanship is excellent and looks great. <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Indian Springs, NV

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
