Only concern was required urgency of payment as I had to pay for the finished product prior to my moving to new location and seeing the finished work (despite paying for half up front. )My friend who lived in the area needed to stand in and give approval for finished project. Price overall was somewhat expensive but in general I am satisfied with end results."

"I'm thrilled. The sales-rep/designer had really good design software to create a design so that I could see it while he was still on-site. It took us about two hours to come up with a design that worked, agree on scope of work (I also asked for plaster-repair and painting), select colors and materials, and finalize the work. The painter did his work in a few hours, with the installers arriving the next day after the paint dried. They too were done in a matter of 2-3 hours. All workmen were courteous and left the space very clean. It looks great and with materials that will likely stand the test of time without warping or separating (no cheap pressed composites). Everything now has its place, ending the clutter battle in my dressing room. I'd consider using them again if we need other spaces reconfigured."

"The owner Bob does all the work himself. He explained the process very clearly and all went as planned. After I had cleared all stuff from the garage he first sealed off the entry to the house explaining that the concrete grinding process would create a lot of dust. The grinding took the longest amount of time. He then spread the epoxy and sprinkled on the many colored chips. The next day the excess chips were vacuumed up and a final sealer coat applied. We were extremely satisfied but then had a problem as a week or so later small areas of discoloration developed in the back half of the garage floor. Bob looked it over and we were both puzzled unable to explain why that may have occurred. Now is the reason why I rated the company 5 stars. Bob agreed that it didn't look right and agreed to redo the back half. He came out ,reground down to solid concrete and basically redid the whole process again. It has now been 1 month and the redo still looks perfect! You never expect to have a problem but it says a lot when the company stands behind their work."
