"The workers were on time and very friendly. The work proceeded smoothly until there was a leak. We called and they returned immediately to fix the problem. The leak was around a dormer. They repaired it and finished the job without a hitch. The other dormer leaked last month, a year after the repair, and in one phone call they were back and repaired the roof. Dormers aren't that easy to repair, so I understand that there might be issues, what I really appreciate is that they have stood by their work and returned to repair any issues right away.
