I would highly recommend. Our bathrooms are beautiful Keith keeps cost reasonable by having you buy a lot of your materials. I had never been through a remodel before and was very apprehensive. "Worked with Centennial on a full kitchen and laundry room remodel of a late 1800s home. Working them was very seamless as everything was planned out in order to cause minimal time under construction. Their craftsmanship is top notch which really helped bring the whole project together. When working on an older home like this, road bump are almost expected. Centennial did a good job at communicating all the hiccups with me and provided options on how to proceed. They were even able to factor in a significant increase in scope (a more involved laundry room remodel) without significantly drawing out the overall time. Everyone that worked on the project was more than polite/respectful and was always sure to clean up after themselves. Overall, I very much enjoyed working with Centennial and would 100% do business with them again."

"The job started as a bathroom remodel with just changing tile. After the tile was removed water damage was found and the job went from remodel to rebuild! Tom brought in additional crew to help out and keep things moving along. The guys were very precise and made sure that tile and other things were installed exactly how you wanted. They though of options that we had not considered! They also made sure that water damage would not be a problem again. The final result was beautiful and better then the original bathroom."

"Ratcliff Design and Build did a phenomenal job! I wanted to convert a spare bedroom to a laundry room, close in our loft to create a bedroom, and close in the second story of our foyer to create a small room. I felt it was a big ask but they did it with grace and accommodated a little bit of a rushed timeline for us. They answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and were very considerate. Since then they have helped solve a mysterious electrical issue we had, floored my hallway, stabilized our banister, and installed a Murphy door for us. All of it looks great and I will continue to reach out to them when I have additional projects in mind. Highly recommend! "
