Things they did:
The dryer vent hose was not secure as the dryer vent tape had dried out. 
so they picked up a replacement dryer vent hose and clamps,
Vacuum cleaned out the dryer vent pipe.
Vacuum cleaned out the dryer filter

Things I did:
Put the washer and dryer on felt sliders to make it easier to move the water and dryer on the tile floor.
Replaced the dryer vent louvers with new ones.
The old ones get brittle after 5 or 10 years in the weather.

Things I still need to do:
put on a new set of Washer hoses."

"We had some minor leaks in our roof and had One Way Roofing come out to fix the leaks. In the process of repairing the roof , it became clear that it was time to replace the entire roof. The company rep showed us pictures of the deteriorating nails,underlayment and flashing but left the decision up to us. We decided to proceed and the company deducted the cost of the repairs from the total cost....which they did not have to do.  
   We were scheduled and the work began. While there were delays due to the unusual amount of rain this winter and spring, they made every effort to keep the project moving. This company has really good workers who know the latest,best methods for roofing and who are very skilled and proud of their work. Our rep was Patrick D. and he always took time to answer our questions and see that we were pleased with the job. The county inspector who did the final inspection said he could not find a single broken tile or other issue of any kind and that was very unusual for a job of this size.
  The roof is beautiful and far better than the original in terms of materials and workmanship. One Way Roofing stands behind their work and has high standards for customer satisfaction.  For example,one of their workers drove out long after the job was done to bring us some extra tiles. We did not even have to ask them to do this.
