Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. While Josh may be newer to the industry than some of the other handymen we interviewed, he is kind, thoughtful and a hard worker who is very eager to learn. He is also flexible in his scheduling and in his willingness to perform additional tasks as necessary. I would not hesitate to call on Josh in the future should I be in need of repair or replacement services for my home."
