"<p>The house is 20 years old and has had some settling issues.  Walls needed to be repaired from roof leak in two rooms.  Kitchen and breakfast area were wall paper and needed to be updated with textured walls.  Rooms needed to be updated with modern paint colors.  Wall paper borders in two bedrooms needed to be removed which is not an easy task as we had completed this in another bedroom.</p> <p>Joe and his crew were extremely careful with our furniture, were "clean up focused", placed all furniture back in their old positions, mopped the floors, covered everything extremely well, and were responsive to all the details in working with us.  We could not be more pleased with the crew and Joe's work. </p> <br />"
