He was very professional and responded within 10 minutes to setup an appointment for next day. He confirmed 30 min ahead of the appointment to say he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem and identified the parts that needed to be replaced and provided a quote and indicated it would take few days for the parts. He called 2 business days later and setup the repair date. Very quickly and competently disassembled the dishwasher and replaced the old parts and run short test for leak. Ran dishwasher load next and had not leak. We will call Alex in future for repair/service of our other appliance as required."
