We hired Favian and his crew to completely renovate our pool with new plaster, plumbing, and tile, crack repair, installing a gas heater and salt system, and pouring new coping and more than 500sq.ft. of oversized concrete pavers. They completed the job on-budget and ahead of schedule. The results are beautiful and matched our complicated design down to the inch. I wish I could post a photo! "We inherited a beautiful Waterford chandelier, but the chain was too short for our ceiling. The chandler was 60 to 80 years old and was showing it's age. Eugene, from Expert Lamp Repair knew just what to do. He completely rewired the fixture, replacing the sockets and candle covers. He added new chain in the length desired and cleaned the crystal, even the inside of the hollow pieces. He really knows his stuff and he appreciated the beauty and value of our family heirloom. "I called Ian to get a quote on an electrical panel upgrade for my house. He explained that he didn't service my city, but he still spoke with me for 15 minutes, asking me questions about my panel, what I needed done, and giving me recommendations on things to look out for when getting a quote. Making sure the power company had come out to check my panel location and upgrade requirements, checking with the city to see what they required on certain items, what types of panel options I might consider, and pointing out some of the common complications that could come up during the upgrade.
