"This year, we had a big problem with ants throughout the house. JC Honey explained the product and the process well, then sprayed at the base of the walls in each room inside the house, around the base outside, and at the openings to our garden edging where ants like to hide. He also determined that the most likely nest location was around a bay window at the front of the house. The product used today only needs to be applied once to kill off the colony. It's so effective that it is no longer necessary to determine the actual location of the nest. JC explained that there would be a few stragglers, but if there was a continuing problem, he would return to make a second application. He didn't need to. "It went very well. Not only did they do the job specified, they also aerated, over-seeded the lawn and put down something to kill those pesky clovers. Those clovers were not being handled by anything we could get from home depot or Lowe's. Even the Lush Lawn company couldn't remove those clovers from our lawn. "We used them for a lawn service and consulted with them on care of trees. They do fertilization of trees for me, but we've never had them for tree trimming. Deep root fertilization, in spring for scale and things like that. I've been very pleased with their service. They'll start again here in April. We're signed up with them again this year, the full program. The lawn service is broken down by services: if they put grub control, if they put weed killer. So, it's all itemized. Same with the trees: if they're spraying for scale...We had a lot of dry periods last year. We do have an in-ground sprinkler system, but the fellows who applied the fertilizer, and it was a dry fertilizer at the time, caused some burned areas in the yard, which I was unhappy about. I understand how it happened. So that was the main problem. It was just one episode, but it takes a while for that to correct itself and get the lawn back in shape in spots. The interaction was good. We have a fellow we deal with there and I usually ask for him directly. Their responsive. Whenever I have any issues, for example, one time when I had a deep root fertilization, they punctured my sprinkler system feed, and so we had to have that corrected. They've been careful since then, whenever they come out. They're good to deal with. They we didn't ask for them to pay for anything, but they did give us an extra fertilization service for free. They didn't charge us. They have been responsive."

"Service technician was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Extra care was taken to prevent tracking in outside dirt. Every inside visit tech. wore protective coverings over his boots. After a thorough furnace inspection/cleaning he then asked for my input. If I was ever unsure or curious about maintenance that I myself could do. I now know how to change those Aprilaire space-guard filters. And now own a Humidifier that works without the standing water(mold). Maintenance on the new humidifier only takes 1min rather then 30min w/older humidifier. For good, neat, and professional service I ONLY call D+G."
