Those clovers were not being handled by anything we could get from home depot or Lowe's. Even the Lush Lawn company couldn't remove those clovers from our lawn. "I left a voicemail message one evening at R S Lawn Care & asked for someone to call me back regarding weekly lawn cutting services. Ryan called me back the very next morning. I was so impressed! Unfortunately, he told me that they didn't offer these services in the area where I live. I was disappointed but then I asked him if he could give me any references & he supplied me with two & said they were both very good. I called one of them & I got signed up right away. "We used them for a lawn service and consulted with them on care of trees. They do fertilization of trees for me, but we've never had them for tree trimming. Deep root fertilization, in spring for scale and things like that. I've been very pleased with their service. They'll start again here in April. We're signed up with them again this year, the full program. The lawn service is broken down by services: if they put grub control, if they put weed killer. So, it's all itemized. Same with the trees: if they're spraying for scale...We had a lot of dry periods last year. We do have an in-ground sprinkler system, but the fellows who applied the fertilizer, and it was a dry fertilizer at the time, caused some burned areas in the yard, which I was unhappy about. I understand how it happened. So that was the main problem. It was just one episode, but it takes a while for that to correct itself and get the lawn back in shape in spots. The interaction was good. We have a fellow we deal with there and I usually ask for him directly. Their responsive. Whenever I have any issues, for example, one time when I had a deep root fertilization, they punctured my sprinkler system feed, and so we had to have that corrected. They've been careful since then, whenever they come out. They're good to deal with. They we didn't ask for them to pay for anything, but they did give us an extra fertilization service for free. They didn't charge us. They have been responsive."

"They could not come out immediately after we called but it was only a couple of days delay, not bad considering that the weather has been blisteringly hot and there are probably a lot of A/C service calls. The Serviceman arrived on time and took a look at the furnace, thermostat, and A/C unit. He asked a number of questions to find out what was happening with the unit. He told me I could have it checked for leaks and recharged or just have it recharged. He was able to give me enough information for me to decide to go ahead and just recharge with some confidence that there was probably not any leak. A leak check was another $100. Afterwards, he confirmed that the unit only took 2 pounds of coolant, not an unusual amount to leak over the 7 year time span since its installation, and was holding pressure. He advised me to have it checked every other year in the future and to get it checked for leaks if performance is poor again next year. Everything seems to be working like new."
