"DO NOT USE CONCRETE DRIVEWAY CO. OR MADEWELL CONCRETE- LOOK AT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU (BBB). THEY HAVE HAD $9,652.00 SINCE JUNE 2025 AND THE JOB ISN'T DONE! They won't respond. They removed the driveway and stairway to my home and it's been a muddy mess since July 2025. They promise to show up and don't. They block your phone number and they won't let you talk to anyone in upper management. I finally had to hire an attorney and they still aren't responding. THEY DON'T DO THE WORK, THE SUB-CONTRACT AND DON'T PAY THE CONTRACTORS SO YOU WILL HAVE A LIEN ON YOUR HOUSE. DO YOUR RESEARCH OR YOU WILL BE SORRY."

I wish I could attach pictures, because the end result was unbelieveable! I would definitely recommend them! In fact, I plan on using them again this summer to replace several retaining walls. "John is an outstanding, highly skilled, and ethical contractor. He completely regrouted and recaulked both of our bathrooms, removing all the existing material. We especially appreciated his integrity; he only quoted us for necessary work, a refreshing change from the upselling common today. John also expertly fixed the mess left by a previous, poorly-vetted contractor (wrong product used and poor cleaning). About a year later he hired someone else! It cost $12,000 by the real professionals! He did take him to court and he never showed up! Do your research before giving your hard earned money away! "Positive reviews often highlight the best parts of a business, but they don’t tell the full story. The real test of a company is how they respond when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, when things went wrong with Tropical Paver Sealing, they didn’t rise to the occasion. I hired Tropical Paver Sealing, for a paver sealing job that included pressure washing my pool deck. During the service, the technician, Bowen, got distracted and ended up stripping the paint from the base of my pool enclosure, leaving it exposed to rust. Amanda, the owner, came out to inspect the damage, took videos, and promised to get back to me that afternoon with a solution. That follow-up never happened, despite me reaching out several times. To add to the frustration, I later found that my pool deck drains were filled with silicon sand used during the sealing process. The drains hadn’t been covered, so the sand just clogged them up. Once again, I reached out to Amanda, but my concerns were ignored. It's easy to get great reviews when everything goes smoothly, but when things go wrong, that’s when a business shows its true colors. Unfortunately, Tropical Paver Sealing didn’t handle the situation well at all, and Amanda was completely unresponsive. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend them. What could’ve been a simple fix turned into silence and neglect."
