"We met Fenny and hired him based on a good friend's recommendation. We expected to see him on a regular basis while the job was being done. He only came by 2 or 3 times and that was after I shared my disapproval of not seeing him. The two men that did the majority of the work were very professional and did good quality work. However I felt like I had to communicate my ideas and what needed to be done instead of it being Fenny or the project manager. The only reason we stuck with this company was because I trusted the two men to do a good job. Fenny never even checked with us when the project was completed or to do a walk through. Instead the project manager showed up unannounced when we weren't home. Not cool."
