"Steve was very knowledgeable when he came to give me an estimate.  He explained the difference between brands and features.  He also explained the warranties and how they work.  He was very flexible when scheduling an installation date so I didn't have to take an extra day off work. He did not try to sell me a product I didn't want.  All the other companies only wanted to sell me the top of the line models and I knew I didn't need that for a small house. Steve gave me straight answers.
 I called on the morning of installation to confirm.  The installers showed up with all the pieces and parts and two trucks.  Removing the old furnace had to be done in pieces but they got it out.  Even though it took longer than expected, they stayed till the work was done and tested.  The installers were even knowledgeable about the manufacturer of my old furnace so I got a little history lesson too!  They cleaned up after themselves and removed all trash.  They even reassured me that they would register the furnace with the manufacturer.  I am a very happy (and warm) camper.
