"I called invisible fence and a representative came out and gave me an estimate. I was NOT intrigued by the representative. He was pushing me into purchasing a invisible fence, I didn't like that at all. I did more research and i found K9 keepers by Dogwatch. Derick came out and was so professional and explained the Dogwatch invisible fence to a T and answered all my questions including warranty installation and when it could be installed which intrigued me to go ahead and have him and his crew install a fence to keep my 4 legged children safe and sound. They know there boundaries and i know theirs no need to worry about them when they're outside alone. I recommend K9 keepers to keep you love ones safe and sound! I recently called Derick about a collar that needed to be replaced and he sent one out at NO charge! I love K9 Keepers and you'll love there service and expertise as well."

"Salesman Phil was a pleasure to work with; he was prompt with the paperwork & returning calls, and the installation was completed when promised. Despite discussing the gate swing with Phil, verifying that the drawings were changed, and informing the installation crew on the day of work; the gate was installed swinging the wrong way! However, the gate swing was corrected on the same day that I called to inform them! I have only a minor complaint; when the gate swing was change, it caused a noticeably larger gap between the gate and fence. Because everything else was done with such great detail, I would have expected that the gap would have been concealed by adding a 1/2 board, similar to how they finished off the end of the fence. The bottom line is that we are very pleased with the quality of work and would recommend them to friends and family"

"<p>The removal went very well.  The tree was quite old and falling apart, with braches falling down during every storm.  The branches of the tree were over the power lines to the house as well as the roof of our back porch.  They were able to get the tree out without harming the power lines or the porch roof.  A portion of the tree did fall on the nearby chain-link fence.  However, they were able to straighten it out and fence looks as if it hadn't had anything happen to it.</p> <p>The only problem I had was that they didn't call before they came over, as we had asked them to.  </p> <p>Overall, we were very pleased with their work, how fast, efficiently, and carefully they worked.  I would definitely recommend them!</p>"

I love it. We have had it for about a year now and it looks great. He is a great communicator, returns calls promptly, and flexible. </p> <p>Cons: He bid the job and then asked for additional money because he measured incorrectly. The mistake was found after the job was in process and we had agreed on a price. It really was a minimal amount (less than $100) but I felt it was his mistake and he should have not asked for additional money. I had to pay the additional money for the product he misquoted. </p> <p>Overall: I would highly recommend him but would make sure his quote includes any mistakes on his behalf. </p>"
