"Our furnace was running, but not blowing warm air. It clicked, but, did not seem to be igniting. I called Tuesday morning and they came out Tuesday afternoon. The woman with whom I spoke on the phone was polite and friendly and advised me of the service call cost and payment. The technician was also friendly and polite and I felt comfortable, as a woman with my disabled daughter, having him in my home. He explained the problem and fixed it for a very fair price. He also suggested a couple other things we may want to consider for maintenance, but, without pressure. I chose them for their A grade on Angie's List and for being a locally owned family business.
