Usiel proposed removing and replacing the gravel and the top layer of stone pack underneath. We agreed on a price, which was very fair. The crew showed up at the agreed time and did a great job, even removing weeds from a nearby brick path at no extra cost. I was impressed with the amount of equipment UAM brought for a relatively small job. When completed, the crew cleaned up professionally; You would never know that they'd been there. "The Condor team did an amazing job with my driveway. Other estimates wanted to put down 2" of asphalt on top of my old worn our and severely cracked driveway. Antonio, the owner, recommended that they dig up the old and put a much stronger foundation down which after quite a bit of research is the best path. After starting the dig they found that part of my driveway had 5" of asphalt which they removed without charging any additional $$$. They did an amazing job at a super reasonable price and it only took 2 days!! I highly recommend them!"

"Estimate was made by the son and the day they came the owner changed the project. He did take some money off the bill but not enough in my opinion. They used my hose and ripped it off the side of the house which I didnt notice until the next day . They also left some trash which I specifically asked the owner to remove. After four phone calls they have not called me back!"

I advised the owner of the damage and have been after them for 6 months to live up to there word to repair the damage and honor the repair estimate which was provided to them by the HVAC contractor who preformed the original install and now I can’t get them on the phone and have to file a claim for over $7K in damages As well as the paving project ended up shrinking the width of my driveway by 1 foot on each side from the original foot print"
