"It did not go terribly well. It originally stated that they would respond within 2 weeks but it was longer than that because she happened to be on vacation or something. Then when she came out she was very nice and looked it over. The things that she provided, and I still have on my computer were not that functional. She was very helpful following that to do a better layout so that I could see what it was instead of an aerial view. When it came in the measurements were wrong. So, my husband picked up on it right away that the back on the plans was longer than the wall. It was okay and helpful to a certain extent but it wasn't what I expected."
