"We hired Mack of all Trades to repair, sand, paint and install new hardware to our kitchen cabinets, and install new counter tops, flooring and lighting in the kitchen. In addition they completed general interior and exterior electrical repairs. We also had them complete other small repair projects around the house. Overall, we were very pleased with Mack of all Trades. Specifically, if anything wasn't done to our liking, they either caught it first and fixed it, or fixed it when we brought it to their attention. They take pride in their work and have high standards, doing everything until it is perfectly correct. We did have an issue with the quality of the work completed by one of the workers they brought to the house, but Mack of all Trades corrected the work of that worker upon inspection at no additional cost to us. We did have a couple of surprises in our final invoice about repairs where we did not obtain a quote prior to the repair being made. Always best to get a quote before work on a repair is approved. Mack of All Trades is very amicable to work with, very professional and fair. We will definitely be doing business with them again."

"TAAP owner contacted us immediately via phone to setup an initial <br /> appointment and estimate.  He arrived 3 minutes early before the <br /> scheduled time.  He was booking a few weeks out and due to that offered <br /> to explain to us how to "do-it-yourself." or to book the service.  His <br /> do-it-yourself guidance along with taking a follow up call with more <br /> questions led me to address out squirrel invasion without having to wait <br /> a few weeks for availability. The owner was patient, understanding, and took time to explain and answer all questions.  His quoted price for the service was fair, especially compared to some competitors.  Given his willingness to teach me a bit, since he knew it was not best to wait a few weeks to address the squirrels, I was able to do it myself and save hundreds of dollars.  If my do-it-yourself techniques had not worked there is no one else I would have called other than him to come do the work.  In the future, there is no one else I will call for extermination/rodent issues.  Last but not least, I also liked the fact that the business is local, rather than national.  I would much rather keep money in our community than fund a national endeavor. <br /> Overall, a big thank you is due to Angie's list for guiding me in this direction and to TAAP for being "people" rather than just business men.  4 Thumbs up from my wife and I! <br />"

"Called Sal Saturday afternoon about repairing a large piece of fascia that was flapping in the wind along the roof line. I could not reach it with my 24 foot ladder. He showed up the next morning on Sunday (Mother's Day). and did the repair thoroughly and safely. He also noticed that the downspout needed reattachment and just did it. Professional, friendly service, great quality, and fair price."

"John came out shortly after I called him to assess the problem with the toilet.  He returned a couple of days later with the needed parts and repaired the leak.  I then asked him to install a bathroom ceiling fan with heater.  I called him when the fan was delivered and he came a couple of days later.  He always consulted with me when a problem arose and discussed options.  He returned two times, once to patch the ceiling and another time to paint.  While he was installing the fan, I unexpectedly needed a new backup battery/sump pump replaced.  John fit it into his schedule and took care of it for me at the same time.  <br /> I found John very helpful, polite and his work is excellent.  I plan to call him again in the near future for some additional work. <br />"
