"He opened a hole in the wall (near our piano) and tested the outlet, everything seemed to be okay, only traces of water from a while ago (we used to have a leaky roof almost a year ago). Couldn't ascertain any electrical problem and no sign of leaky pipe. Carefully closed up wall again, cleaned up. After payment gentleman informed me someone would be back next week to apply clear sealer. Nowhere in any of the ads or emails I received before service does it say anything about there being a week between services. It should of let me know this beforehand."
