He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. They were recommended by my stepdad who had them do a crawlspace encapsulation on his house. He said they perform first class workmanship and were professional. "I will tell you we had a project because the trees needing trimming were huge ! The area the trees were in was a challenge to get a scissor lift in but they managed to do it . I seriously didnâ t think it would fit or how they managed to turn the equipment around ! They left the areas squeaky clean and I plan to hire them again for upcoming projects. Charlotte always called me in a very prompt manner for quotes, time of arrival etc. and when I called for questions , she always answered .
