"Poor communication continues. Installation was delayed multiple times by an issue that could have been easily resolved with a call. An "electrician" installed the pool liner eight 8-weeks after the initial estimate but somehow broke our pool light. The broken pool light was then blamed on an issue with the GFCI outlet even though it worked without problem before they messed with it. Juan offered to have the guy that installed the pool liner fix the GFCI outlet but that would be at an additional cost paid directly to the "electrician". Upon completion, we intended to pay via credit card since it is listed on their sites as an accepted form of payment, but they informed us they do not accept CC payments. After discussing options they eventually agreed but added a percentage fee which adds a substantial amount to such a large purchase. Their concern was due to a potential chargeback. Now we know why. A few weeks after completion, we contacted Juan to inform them the pool coping was/is falling and breaking off into the pool. After multiple assurances that they would address this, they have not sent anyone to review or fix the issue. We have gotten several excuses about how busy they are without action. The pool liner is also not flush with the walls and there are multiple air pockets. Super disappointed."

"We had one of our pool walls that rusted through and had the possibility of caving in. Lee and his team replaced the walls that were rusted through. This was a big job due to location of damage which was the corner wall. They demoed part of the decking and coping. Replaced wall, patched up the vermiculite areas, replaced liner, re-poured the decking and replaced with new pool light. "

"The individuals were very nice and did a good job of cleaning the filters and power washing the pool. However when it comes to following through they are a definite miss. They have been paid in full and didn’t care to finish the job. I had to contact them to let them know the pool had filled and when I ask when they would be by to put the chemicals in , they said tomorrow. Half way though the day I called again to ask and was told they are not sure. I advised I was turning on the pump because I didn’t want the water to sit. When I went to the equipment it was still dismantled so I put it back together. So and entire day as passed with no chemicals in the pool. Now they are closed.. They don’t seem to care about finishing the job since they have been paid in Full."

They do not offer a “come back and clean up the sand” option after the 2 day waiting period but my leaf blower made quick work of the job."
