"We originally contacted Charlie about damaged siding near our front entrance, but also needed some masonry repairs on our steps. Charlie explained both projects and gave us a clear estimate. The team did a great job matching the siding and repairing the deteriorated mortar. Everything was completed neatly, and they left the property clean. Very satisfied with the experience."

"I called the contractor twice. Each time he said he would come the next day but he never showed up or called. In fact, the second I called, he didn't remember that I called the first time. UPDATE: 10/17/2019 They called me and said they have real hardship in the family and apparently the contractor had some mental problems because of the family hardship. They offered that they will do the job for free but I already had the job done."
